Granting consent refers to all personal data that Comminus Ltd, may collect in certain situations when visiting the company’s websites, communicating through social networks, contacting in the context of achieving business cooperation, interaction with Comminus Ltd as a business user, supplier, employer, employee, business partner and the like. This includes, inter alia, personal data collected on or off the Internet.
In order to achieving the right to personal data protection in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation)) we also ask for your consent on the use of your personal data.

For potential and unsuccessful candidates, with consent to keep their CVs, the data is kept in the internal database for up to 12 months, after which the data is deleted.
2. Keeping prescribed records in the field of work, realization of prescribed benefits from employment relationships

- Records of working hours
- Data on salary, other receipts, benefits

Sharing personal information with others
We may share your personal information with service providers, business partners and other third parties, in accordance with applicable law.
When you communicate with Comminus Ltd as a business user, supplier or business partner, Comminus Ltd may disclose personal information available in reports and other materials provided to you and/or your company for the purpose of collaborating with another business partner and/or supplier.
If we are required by law to obtain your consent or for some other reason believe that your consent is necessary in certain circumstances, we will ask for it before sharing your personal information.

It is your right to completely or partially, without consequences and explanations, to withdraw from the given consent and request the termination of the processing of your personal data and marketing activities directed at you. 5. Right to restriction of data processing
Each data subject shall have the right granted by the European legislator to obtain from the controller restriction of processing where:
- the accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
- the processing is illegal and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use instead;
- the controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but is requested by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- the data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21(1) of the GDPR. Article 3(1) of the GDPR pending confirmation whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.

If you are a member of various social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn and the like, you should be familiar with the tools that these sites provide and choosing how to share personal information on social network profiles.
In addition, depending on the choices related to the settings on various social networks, certain personal data may be shared with Comminus Ltd d.; for example, information about your online activities, social media profiles (e.g., interests, marital status, gender, username, photo, comments and content you have posted/shared, etc.).

The location of Comminus Ltd’s office is not covered by video surveillance.

Comminus Ltd do not address anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 16. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
